An Introduction About the Section

The main responsibilities of this section are to target the diverse needs of the community by promoting universal awareness and helping the community to develop various occupational skills, facilitating learning opportunities for those who have not completed secondary education and planning adult literacy initiatives.

Important Works

  • Formulate policy and procedures on non-formal education and plan and implement community education activities in collaboration with councils in accordance with the changing environment
  • Conduct upgrading classes for those who have not completed secondary education on the advice of village councils
  • Provide opportunities for youth and adults to learn various skills through community education
  • Plan and implement literacy activities in the villages listed as having illiterate people to ensure that every village is 100 percent literate
  • To provide assistance to students who wish to learn a skill in the secondary stage of schools.
